**EPISODE 00: MY JOURNEY TO SPIRITUAL HEALTH | THE HEALING H.A.C.K. PODCAST
EPISODE DESCRIPTION:
Welcome to the very first episode of The Healing H.A.C.K. Podcast. I'm Wilma Mae Basta, and this is my story—the journey that led me to create this space for you.
Fifteen years ago, I hit rock bottom. Severely depressed and hospitalized for six weeks in a psychiatric facility in London, I faced the darkest period of my life. But that breakdown became my breakthrough. In this deeply personal episode, I share how I rebuilt my life by creating a spiritual toolkit—and how you can build yours too.
